Explore coastal old-growth forest with Paul Cain of Whistler Mushroom Tours. Gather at Basecamp for wild food sampling cooked in the forest, then set off on foot to explore and collect. Keep what you collect. Meeting spot released 24 hours before. Proper hiking footwear and layered clothing required. Rain or shine.
Long table dinner · 7:30 p.m.
Five mushroom-inspired courses by Chef Bruce Worden C.C.C and Chef Stacy Kuiack at Milestones Restaurant, 4555 Blackcomb Way, at the base of Blackcomb Mountain. Speeches, surprises and stories from the forest. Limited to 20 dinner guests.

All prices are per person. Pairing is optional and may also be booked on the night for CAD $50. Wine pours are 4 oz. Final menu to follow. A foraging-only ticket does not include dinner; a dinner-only ticket does not include foraging. Bundles include both experiences on October 29.
