The Location
Three to five days at a four-bedroom log cabin on the shore of Tyaughton Lake, built around multi-course tasting menus and wine pairings rather than around the water. Fishing is available every day and required on none of them. The right trip for a milestone, for mixed groups, and for anyone travelling with an angler who is not one themselves.
Shorter format, more table time, lighter days on the water. A private lakeside cabin with a sauna, a deck and lake-view rooms, and the Wild Table kitchen running on site for the length of your stay. Pairings at every dinner, long lunches, and no schedule anyone has to keep.
Same lake as Tyax, entirely different trip. Where Tyax is built for a large group and a full programme, Chalet Nufer is built for six people and a long table.
The table
Handmade pizzas from the outdoor oven, venison tacos, seafood cioppino, grilled trout that was swimming fifteen minutes earlier. Aperitivo hour when the boats come in. Most of what you eat is caught, foraged or sourced within the province, and the evening bite is reliably on just before supper.
